The Novelio paintable wall covering distributed by Saint-Gobain Technical Fabrics' Euromur subsidiary is functional, flexible and extra tough thanks to the exceptional qualities of glass fibre. Novelio is another example of the group's commitment to developing advanced technical reinforcement products that are easy to install. Not only does Novelio wall covering offer considerable cost savings but is also looks good. Designed for indoor use, it quickly moulds the contours of walls, doors and ceilings. It delivers fast, effective installation and improved customer satisfaction. Novelio: for cost savings on the worksite Novelio paintable wall covering consists of 100 per cent woven glass fibre that is coated in a pliable resin for perfect dimensional stability. The high-quality coating renders the covering unusually soft to the touch, a quality that is appreciated at all stages of installation. Easy to install, extra safe Novelio paintable wall covering is particularly easy to work with. Installation does not require special equipment. Novelio is more flexible than standard glass fibre coverings, and does not crease or stretch, offering greater flexibility and precision for intricate cutting patterns. Novelio makes short work of even the most delicate covering job on everything from corners and columns to stairs and ceilings, etc. Novelio takes 15 per cent less time to install and ensures that the job is done safely, quickly and successfully. Timesavings and a perfect finish Available in 50 m x 1 m rolls, Novelio paintable wall covering is also suitable for machine application. The covering can be positioned perfectly or repositioned, if necessary. The woven structure of the covering, combined with its flexibility, ensures total adherence and it is even possible to smooth over defects such as rough areas or tiny cracks, reducing the amount of preparatory work. These qualities are particularly useful when repairing old or damaged ceilings. Novelio is available in three ranges for different structures: .Novelio Standard is designed to suit all tastes, with no less than 10 patterns (basket weave, herringbone, diamond, ribbon, dominos, etc.) for a modern, perfectly groomed finish. .Novelio Tendance features a range of finer coverings for a refined finish (ceiling, small herringbone, small diagonal, rough-cast paint, fibre glass). .Novelio Pre-paint is designed to reduce installation times with a white undercoat that only requires a single topcoat (chain, herringbone, rustic, ceiling and rough-cast paint). Once installed, Novelio is extremely tough and is remarkably resistant to shocks, abrasion, wear and mechanical stresses. Its glass fibre construction is ideal for long-lasting consolidation of old and new walls. The woven, flexible, breathable structure ensures that the wall can breathe to prevent mould, dust mites and bacteria. Being extremely rot-resistant, Novelio is the ideal partner for renovation jobs and is unlikely to peel away in damp spaces such as bathrooms and kitchens. Finally, Novelio has an M0 (non-flammable) fire rating, which complies with the highest standards for fire safety in public and private buildings, making it suitable for public venues and collective residential buildings. There is no greater level of safety. Easy to maintain, economical and durable Novelio offers a fast, economical solution for building professionals. Its 100 per cent glass fibre core and pliable coating offers paint savings of around 50-100 g/m2 and timesavings of up to 20 per cent for a two-coat paint job. In addition to the above, Novelio also offers hassle-free maintenance. On an everyday basis, Novelio requires only a quick vacuum and sponge-down with soapy water if soiled. It does not yellow over time and can be repainted up to five times if necessary to freshen up an existing paint job or change the colour scheme.
