Forum Title: Lasix 100mg - Any Thoughts on Buying From Canada?

    Post #1 by SkyPilot789 (03-24-2023 11:56 AM)
Hey everyone! I've been prescribed 100 mg of Lasix and I'm considering buying it from a Canadian pharmacy. Anyone have any experience or thoughts on that? It seems cheaper, but I want to make sure it's safe.

Hi SkyPilot789! Buying medications from Canada can be a viable option since Canadian pharmacies often operate under stringent regulations similar to the US. However, it's essential to ensure that you're purchasing from a reputable pharmacy. You should verify if they are licensed and accredited. Also, discuss any concerns with your doctor before proceeding.

Thanks DrMedTech! I will definitely talk to my doc first. Do you think they would recommend against it? I mean, the price difference is pretty significant.

It’s great that you're consulting with your doctor. They can give a more tailored opinion based on your health condition and medication history. Doctors generally recommend ensuring the safety and authenticity of medications, so they might suggest sticking to pharmacies they trust in the US or confirm if certain Canadian sources are reliable.

Makes sense. Thanks for the advice! I’ll reach out to my doctor later today and see what they say. Any specific questions you think I should ask them?

Absolutely, SkyPilot789! Here are some key points to discuss:1. Is it safe for me to use a Canadian pharmacy?2. Can you recommend any reputable Canadian pharmacies that I should consider?3. What side effects should I be aware of when using 100 mg Lasix, and do these change if the medication is from Canada?4. Are there any specific risks associated with buying medications online?

Thanks a lot for those questions! I spoke to my doctor yesterday, and they were okay with me trying out a Canadian pharmacy if it’s from a reputable source. They also gave me a list of some trusted ones.
